Principals
Jim Geselbracht, P.E.
Mr. Geselbracht has 25 years of experience
in modeling, design, and troubleshooting of biological processes
for the treatment of wastewater as well as processes for the
production of recycled water. He has worked with membrane
filtration technologies since their inception in the US market
in the early 1990's. Mr. Geselbracht has led the design
of numerous water and wastewater treatment plant projects
in the Western US. Jim has also implemented the integration of information
technologies with data needed for efficient operation of water and wastewater
utilities in various database application and intranet development projects. Mr. Geselbracht
is a registered engineer in California and Illinois.
Sami Kader, P.E.
Mr. Kader has 10 years of experience serving as a design engineer and project manager for both
design and construction projects. His primary responsibilities have
included developing both overall design approaches and philosophies
for water and wastewater processes and formulating and implementing
specific design solutions. This work includes design criteria development,
preliminary development and assessment of potential solutions, detailed
design calculations and development of plans and specifications, and
support of field personnel during construction and start-up. Mr. Kader
is a registered engineer in Arizona, Nevada and California.
John Matta, P.E.
Mr. Matta has over 16 years experience in
environmental and civil engineering projects and is a specialist
in the planning, design and management of large water and
wastewater treatment facility and system projects. He has
been Project Manager, Lead Design Engineer, or Lead QA/QC
Engineer of a number of major treatment facility design projects
in the Phoenix area. These
projects involved reservoir, pump station and piping system
design, chemical feed system design, treatment plant evaluations,
permitting, and construction administration. Mr. Matta is
a registered engineer in Arizona and California.
